You must notify us of any injuries, illnesses, or medical conditions prior to the start date of your plan. Failure to disclose this information may result in termination of your plan without a refund.

All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds for our coaching plans. By purchasing a plan, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

Plan Freeze Option

Under certain circumstances, you may request to freeze your coaching plan. This option is available for situations such as serious illness, injury, or other significant life events that prevent you from following the plan.

To request a freeze, please contact us with a detailed explanation of your situation. Approval of the freeze request is at our sole discretion.

If approved, your plan can be frozen for a period, after which the plan will automatically resume.
