Hi, I'm Grant. I specialise in helping golfers who have little to no gym experience build the strength and flexibility they need to improve their game. In just 8 weeks, you’ll gain the physical foundation that will translate directly onto the course - helping you hit the ball further, reduce the risk of injury, and keep your energy levels high from the first tee to the 18th green.
I've put my last 10 years of experience working within the industry into an 8 week programme, delivered via my app. I've worked with pro golfers through to high handicappers, tailoring their programme specific to their needs. I can guarantee you will get stronger, more flexible & be able to transfer that strength onto the golf course.

WHAT TO EXPECT
WEEK 1
Introduction to Golf specific strength training:
Establish a baseline and build a strong foundation with a ‘test week’ whereby you find where your strength is currently at with each exercise, log the data within your app, ready to progress the following session!
Fundamentals:
All exercises have short & long form video content explaining exactly how to perform the movement, so you get the most out of each session!
Custom Plan:
You’ll receive 3x 1 hour workout plans designed to build strength and flexibility, targeting golf-specific movements to unlock more distance on course! You’ll have the ability to log weight, reps & sets of each & every session to track progressions.
WHAT TO EXPECT
WEEK 2-8
Strength gains through structured training to transfer onto the course:
I've designed your sessions with progressive overload as the priority, expect strength gains week by week in key areas like your upper, lower body & core - essential for a powerful golf swing.
Monitor Progress:
You'll be ‘checking in’ with me every other Sunday to give feedback on how your sessions are going, so I can review your progress & make any changes if necessary. I’ll also be available via the message function within the app, so support is at your fingertips!

I play golf but don’t have a clue what I’m doing in the gym, can I still do this?
Yes you can, the program contains short & long form video content. All workout plans have demonstrations of the exercise with written explanations, within the vault folder you’ll find all long form demonstrations with voice over coaching cues & explanations showing exactly how to set up each exercise.
I play golf but don’t have a gym membership can I still take part?
This particular programme is gym sessions only, We have body weight programmes coming at some point in the future.
I love the sound of this but I have an injury. Can I still take part?
Yes you can still take part, upon signing up there will be a form for you to complete & have the chance to talk about any injuries or any limitations. I tailor the program to exactly your needs.
